When and if you are experiencing an issue with your network connection, please reach out to us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . This action will generate a support ticket for our team to begin diagnosing the issue.
When opening a support ticket, please provide information on severity of the issue, include a description of the problem and any supporting data (such as ping / trace route output).
Please also add complete and additional contact information for our support team to reach out to you quickly to resolve this issue.
