As the Director of Carrier Relations, Allen’s primary focus is developing, managing and growing the number of national and regional carriers that leverage Spectrum’s IP product set. His experience with both the International transit providers and regional transport carriers specific to the Pacific Northwest make him a valuable member of the Spectrum team.

As Senior Network Engineer, Erica is responsible for maintaining, expanding and improving all technical aspects of Spectrum’s network backbone. Leveraging years of networking expertise, Erica is continually striving to build the best network experience possible for our customers.
